Hudsons External Catering

Thank you for visiting our site, we would be delighted to assist with your catering requirements. Please wander through and peruse our various menu options, then do one of the following to place your order or register your enquiry with us.

Terms and Conditions

Please complete the included order form with your details and requirements and forward by fax to 02 6248 9690 or email hudsonscatering@bigpond.com for confirmation.

  • All prices are inclusive of GST
  • A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for all Orders, Changes to Orders or Cancellations.
  • Orders placed in advance must provide final numbers for catering 48 hours (2 full working days), prior to the event.
  • Minimum Order Value is $120.00 – a second delivery fee will apply for the collection of catering equipment, should your order not reach this value
  • China, Cutlery & Glassware is NOT included with your order, but Equipment Hire is available – please see Hire Rates enclosed in this document.
  • Disposable plates and cups are available at a charge of 30c per head.
  • Delivery Fee: As per our enclosed Delivery Schedule
  • Set-up & Pack-down Fee: Where equipment is provided - $30.00 per day.
  • There is a 15% (fifteen percent) surcharge for all services provided on a Sunday or Public Holiday.
  • Missing Equipment: Only 1 (one) pick-up of equipment is included in the Delivery Fee, the cost of all missing equipment will be added to your account.
  • Please Note: Seasonal Variations may require price amendments.
